A woman is claiming that Usher had unprotected sex with her this year despite knowing he had herpes.

He settled a lawsuit with a different woman in 2012, but now after learning that he had herpes, the second woman is suing.

After dating Chilli of TLC and an assortment of other women, Usher married Tameka Foster in 2007. She had three children from previous relationships, and they had two sons together. They divorced in 2009, and he married Grace Miguel in 2015.

While he has denied having the STD, court documents state he contracted it sometime between 2009 and 2010, around the time he was filing for divorce from Foster. Additionally, the documents state he had a "greenish discharge" from his penis.

While she is not named, the woman who pursued this lawsuit was said to have been a celebrity stylist. She had accused Usher of "consciously and purposefully" not letting her know he had an STD and continuing "to have unprotected sex" with her.

She made claims that she "feels that her health and body have been ruined" and that she "has suffered severe emotional distress and has been extremely depressed knowing there is now cure."

Usher settled the lawsuit in 2012 and paid her medical bills.

A second woman is suing now that it's been confirmed that she does indeed have herpes after they had unprotected sex earlier this year.

She says she was devastated to get the results and says she was tested immediately after she heard he'd admitted to having herpes simplex 2. She was originally suing for $10 million, but she's doubled that amount now that she has tested positive.
