Comedian Charlie Murphy Passes Away at 57

On Wednesday, comedian Charlie Murphy, the older brother of Eddie Murphy, passed away at the age of 57. Murphy's publicist, Domenick Nati, confirmed to NBC News that the actor, best known for his appearances on 'The Chappelle Show' passed away after battling leukemia. In addition to acting, Murphy also penned two movies starring his younger brother — "Vampire in Brooklyn" and "Norbit." Most recently, Murphy had been starring in the Adult Swim series "Black Jesus," and was scheduled to be part of "The Comedy Get Down World Tour," standup special.
