According to psychologists at the University of Warwick in England, a good night's sleep has similar benefits to happiness as winning the lottery. In a recent study, more than 30,500 people were analyzed over a four-year period and the study found that an improved quality of sleep led to the same levels of mental and physical health as someone who has won a lottery jackpot of $250,000. The study also found that the quality of sleep is more important than the number of hours slept.
