Just because Kyle Richards is on a show that’s in a war for reality TV supremacy with one Kim Kardashian has doesn’t mean husband Mauricio Umansky can’t help with Kardashian’s personal life, something he did when he sold her and Kanye West their mansion in Los Angeles.

“Kim and Kanye’s recently purchased property is located in one of the most exclusive gated communities in Bel Air, and sits on a massive plot of land that is absolutely breathtaking,” realty specialist Thom Vest told Hollyscoop Wednesday. “Mauricio Umansky was one of the listing agents involved with the transaction as well.”

While the mortgage on the $11 million house is $42,000, homeowner-association dues, insurance, property tax and upkeep will likely require them to pay between $60,000 and $70,000 a month.

The cabana, lanai, library and wine cellar are only four of its 11 rooms.
