It’s no surprise that a homeless man from Miami Beach, Fla., who Peter Rosello—son of Alexia Echaverria from The Real Housewives of Miami—had apparently hit in the groin October 1, would be mad about the alleged incident.
In fact, Gary Brown told WSVN-TV Monday that he’d kill him.
“I’d kill him with a gun,” he told WSVN-TV.
Mike Jones, whose Facebook page had a video on it that appeared to show Rosello punching Brown, removed the clip Thursday, but it wasn’t soon enough to elude the Miami Beach Police.
“Well, we need to speak to him, but right now what is depicted on that video is arrestable,” said Sgt. Bobby Hernandez, who pointed out that battery on a homeless person is a third-degree felony. “There is probable cause for an arrest. It appears he was battered for no reason.”
One woman, who might’ve been Echaverria herself, said from behind the door to her home that she isn’t happy.
“I’m very saddened by the whole situation,” she told WFOR-TV.
