Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is definitely an expensive party guest—at least according to a lawsuit in which he claims a nightclub promoter owes him $60,000 for appearances this summer.
According to his suit, the Jersey Shore star charges $30,000 per appearance at Las Vegas nightclubs.
Sorrentino struck a deal with promoter Diversified Entertainment to appear in clubs Chateau and Gallery three times by June 30, but the promoter only called him in once, paying him a total of $30,000.
The problem is, the deal was “pay or play,” reports TMZ, meaning that since he agreed to three total appearances, he is still owed $60,000—even if they never called him in for the other two.
Diversified Entertainment has not yet commented on this “situation.”
