Halle Berry was rushed to the hospital Tuesday night after falling on set and hitting her head on concrete.
“Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive,” a rep for Berry told TMZ. “She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She’ll continue production as planned.”
Berry, 45, was taken to Ceders-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles at approximately 10 p.m. in an on-set ambulance. Sources on the set told TMZ that she began to throw up after her fall, causing those around her to become concerned that she may have a concussion.
According to On the Red Carpet, this is not Berry’s first on-set injury. While filming an adaptation of David Nicholls’ novel Cloud Atlas in Spain last year, the actress broke her foot.
